The EVAGO Group is an independent, family owned share-company with its headquarters in Pyrbaum, Germany. As one of the market leading providers of industrial services, EVAGO AG and its subsidiaries, offers a wide range of industry solutions across various industry sectors. The business activities are grouped into four business divisions:

We work across various industry sectors. Our clients including industry companies, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, music events, concerts, governments, non-government and non-profit organizations (ngos/npos), food and beverage and so on.

Governance

The EVAGO Group has a two-part management and supervisory structure composed of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board.

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board are liable for shareholders’ interests and for the welfare of the company. The Shareholders’ Meeting serves as the company’s third supervisory organ. EVAGO AG, an international company with its registered office in Nuremberg, Germany, is subject to the provisions of the German Corporate Law.

The Executive Board of EVAGO AG is responsible for managing the company and conducting its business. Its actions and decisions are geared towards the best interests of the Group. Its aim is to create sustainable value for stakeholders. The Executive Board establishes the strategic direction of the Group, agrees this strategy with the Supervisory Board and ensures it is properly implemented.

The most important tasks of the Executive Board are defining corporate strategy, setting the budget and allocating corporate resources. The Board also ensures that the Supervisory Board receives regular, timely and comprehensive information on all matters relating to EVAGO AG’s planning, business development and risk management.

The role of EVAGO’s Supervisory Board is to oversee and advise the Executive Management. The Board is directly involved in decisions on matters of fundamental importance to the company and confers with the Board of Management on the company’s strategic alignment. It also holds regular discussions with the Executive Board on the company’s business strategy and status of its implementation.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board coordinates its work and presides over the meetings. Through regular discussions with the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board is kept constantly informed of business policy, corporate planning and strategy. The annual budget and the consolidated financial statements of EVAGO AG and the EVAGO Group are submitted to the Supervisory Board to obtain its approval, which must also take the auditors’ report into account.
